We offer different housing options to ensure you enjoy the best experience during your stay in Panama. All our accommodation options are located no more than 30 minutes from the school.
Homestay Accommodation
Spanish-speaking host families.
Our EPA! host families are carefully selected to ensure they provide a true “home away from home”—a safe, welcoming, and comfortable environment for our students.
Host families are chosen based on several criteria, including location, accommodation quality, furnishings, nearby facilities, amenities, and meals. Families are also selected for their hospitality and the positive feedback from EPA! students who have previously stayed with them. Your host family will also provide you with a house key, allowing you the freedom to come and go as you please.
Living with a host family can help you learn Spanish faster while experiencing local customs and culture firsthand. Students often develop close relationships with their hosts—friendships that can last a lifetime.

Shared Apartment
Share an apartment with native Spanish speakers.
Members of the local community are happy to share their apartments with our students. As with our homestay accommodations, shared apartments are carefully selected based on a variety of criteria.
This option offers greater independence and full access to all facilities, including the kitchen, bathroom, and common areas. It is an excellent choice for students who want more freedom while still practicing Spanish at home. Meals are not included.
Bed linens are changed once a week; however, students are responsible for cleaning their own rooms weekly.
Rental Apartment
We offer you the option of finding the right apartment in Panama City. There are different apartment options depending on your preferences. This option is ideal for those who want to be more independent and whose budget is not too limited. In most cases, you will need to pay a deposit before staying in the apartment, which will be refunded after your stay.
Residences and Hotels
We offer assistance in finding the right apartment in Panama City, with different options available depending on your preferences. This alternative is ideal for those who prefer greater independence and have a more flexible budget. In most cases, a security deposit is required before moving in and will be refunded after your stay.
Other Accommodation Options
We have agreements with hotels, hostels, and student residences offering special rates for our students.
All accommodations are located in safe, residential, and well-positioned areas, within walking distance of our schoolsand close to shopping centers, restaurants, entertainment venues, gyms, and other amenities.
