If you decide to travel by bus, the easiest way is to directly visit the bus terminal in Panama in Albrook.
Buses leave every hour from Panama City starting at 6:30 am and ending at 11:30pm. This transfer lasts approximately 8 hours. There is also the option of taking an express bus with specific times during the day
